Writer: Sylvia Czerniak Sylvia Czerniak

Fall is a season of change and transition, which can often bring feelings of stress and anxiety. That's why it's important to prioritize self-care during this time. Here are some tips for doing more self care in the fall:

๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‚1. Get outside: Take advantage of the cooler temperatures and changing leaves by spending time in nature. Go for a hike, take a bike ride, or simply enjoy a walk in the park.

๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‚2. Practice gratitude: With Thanksgiving just around the corner, fall is a great time to focus on gratitude. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on what you're thankful for.

๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‚3. Stay hydrated: As the weather gets cooler, it can be easy to forget to drink enough water. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, such as water, tea, and hot cocoa.

๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‚ 4. Get enough sleep: As the days get shorter, it's important to prioritize sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours per night to help regulate your mood and energy levels.

๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‚ 5. Treat yourself: Whether it's a warm bubble bath, a cozy sweater, or a pumpkin spice latte, make sure to indulge in things that bring you joy and comfort.

๐Ÿชท With these tips, you can make sure to take care of yourself and stay healthy and happy during the fall season.

As always remember we are here to help, faith + purpose= transition ๐Ÿชท
